This page is a placeholder for the formal terms of service that will govern use of the CaptureX product and the seii.top website. Final language will be reviewed by counsel before production launch.
Acceptable use
The CaptureX product is licensed for operators to use against captures and content they are authorized to process. Do not use CaptureX to ingest, store, or process content you do not have the right to process.
No warranty (interim)
The pre-1.0 software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Until the formal terms are published, CaptureX is offered to design partners only and on a best-effort basis.
Governing law
The final terms will specify governing law and venue. For now, the relationship between Shanghai Seii.top Technology Co., Ltd. and design partners is governed by Chinese law.
