This page is a placeholder. Final privacy and data-processing language will be reviewed by counsel before this site is published to the seii.top apex domain and before any CaptureX tenant data is processed for production users.
Summary of our position
- This website (seii.top) serves static HTML/CSS/JS. We use no cookies, no third-party analytics, and no tracking pixels. Web-font requests go to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
- The CaptureX product does not store your notes on our servers. Captures are mirrored as plain markdown into a git repository you choose — on your own disk and, if you configure a remote, on your own git host.
- Email sent to addresses on the contact page is handled by us under a duty to reply in good faith and to delete on request.
- Third-party AI vendors may receive capture content for processing (vision/LLM/TTS) only when your Service Profile configures them. Vendor keys live in your profile, not on our servers.
Your rights
Where applicable under PIPL, GDPR, or other personal-data laws, you have the right to access, correct, port, and delete the personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with the relevant regulator. To exercise these rights, email ops@seii.top.
